🏨 IHG Hotels and Resorts will open its first Hotel Indigo in Stockholm, Sweden's Kvarnholmen district by 2029. The hotel will offer 232 rooms, a restaurant, rooftop pool, spa, and 150 sqm of meeting space. Developed by Kvarnholmen Utveckling, a Peab and JM joint venture, and operated by 1912 Hotels under a franchise deal, it will join IHG's 13 Nordic properties. The project aligns with IHG's Nordic expansion strategy.
