🏨 The Bannister family, as of 2023, has withdrawn the Coniston Hotel and Spa from sale, keeping the 1,400-acre Yorkshire estate within the family since 1969. Nick Bannister steps back after 11 years as managing director, handing the role to his son, Roddy Bannister, who shifts from finance to oversee daily operations. Located near Skipton, the estate will focus on seasonal food and guest experiences. The Coniston remains a cherished family legacy.

Pellicano Hotels to Reopen Three Renovated Italian Properties in April, Expanding Beach Clubs and Suites

RealVantage Acquires Heathcote Hotel in Manchester for £14m, Plans Expansion and Renovation by 2026

Corinthia Opens First Italian Hotel in Restored 20th Century Bank Building in Rome’s Piazza del Parlamento

Irish Hotels Federation Elects Matt O’Connor as 41st President, Leading Over 900 Hotels and Guesthouses

Tokyu Hotels Joins Global Hotel Alliance, Tapping into 34 Million Loyalty Members Worldwide
