🏌️ Rockliffe Hall in Hurworth near Darlington is undergoing a multimillion-pound upgrade to its golf facilities, including a new TrackMan Range and Golf Academy, with a bunker renovation reducing size from 10,000 sq m to 6,000 sq m by December 2026. The resort expanded its machinery fleet from 42 to 50. Opened in 2009, the championship course features 78 bunkers and is part of 59Club’s Eminent Collection. A new Mediterranean restaurant, Terra Riviera, opens in October.

🏨 BWH Hotels GB has added eight properties to its portfolio, including the Brackenborough Hotel in Lincolnshire and the Ashbourne Hotel in North Lincolnshire, as part of a plan to add 100 properties by 2029 and reach 20,000 rooms in the UK. The Brackenborough Hotel features 19 luxury lodges, while the Ashbourne Hotel offers 36 rooms. BWH, with over 230 independent hotels, combines global brand strength with hotelier autonomy.

🏢 Bob W signed a long-term lease for a serviced apartment building in Munich's Arnulfpark, their fifth property in the city. With 1,500 sq m over five stories, it features furnished apartments and office space. The site near Donnersbergerbrücke station offers easy city centre access and will be refurbished by 2026 to meet business travel demand. Partners Peterborough Capital and DW Real Estate manage the project, enhancing Bob W’s Munich portfolio, which includes Schwabing and Old Town.

🏨 Zedwell, a capsule hotel brand, has launched the world's largest capsule hotel at Piccadilly Circus with nearly 1,000 rooms. Located in London's Grade II-listed Pavilion, the Zedwell hotel offers compact, windowless rooms starting at £30 per night. Opened by Criterion Capital, it features sustainable materials, communal areas, and amenities. The opening is the project's first phase, with more updates planned. Criterion targets business and leisure travelers with nearby West End attractions.
