🎵 Hard Days Night Hotel in Liverpool reopened its restaurant as North Sixty4 after an £87k refurbishment. Located on North John Street, it’s the first major update since 2008. OYO’s Sunday Hotel to double UK estate to 50 sites by end of 2026

Travelodge H1 revenues slide 3.2% to £471.3m amid softer demand

First-half group EBITDA dropped to £47.3m from £82.1m in 2024. Despite challenges, occupancy exceeded 82%, and the Spanish arm's revenue and EBITDA rose by over 30%. Travelodge opened 11 UK hotels in 2025, with nine more expected. Group cash stood at £152.5m.

Palladium backs €90m investment in Ibiza’s luxury tourism

Brown’s Hotel appoints new head chef of Charlie’s

Soho House agrees $2.7bn take-private deal led by MCR Hotels

💰 Soho House and Co will go private in a $2.7 billion (£2.1 billion) deal led by MCR Hotels, removing its shares from the New York Stock Exchange. Shareholders will receive $9 (£6.66) per share, an 83% premium. MCR’s Tyler Morse becomes vice chairman. Ron Burkle and others retain majority stakes. The deal, backed by Apollo and Ashton Kutcher among others, is expected to close by the end of 2025, with regulatory approval pending. Soho House saw a 50% EBITDA increase from 2022 to 2024.

Radisson RED opens Oslo hotel with verified net zero status

Part of Radisson's goal to reach net zero by 2050, it partners with Klimato and Too Good To Go for sustainability efforts.

Arora acquires QAM office block from Landsec in £245m deal

Landsec's loan-to-value ratio drops by 1.3% to 37.1%. Disposals since March total around £500m.

Hilton Park Lane unveils revamped signature suites

The hotel features the Park Corner Brasserie and Revery Bar, and event spaces accommodate up to 1,350 guests.
