Heartwood Collection targets 500 rooms by 2027

🏨 Heartwood Collection plans to reach 500 bedrooms by 2027, backed by Heritage Development Finance and Alchemy Partners. Turnover increased by 21.7% to £82.7m for the year ending 29 June 2025, with site EBITDA rising from £11.7m to £13.3m. An 8.3% sales rise occurred from 1 December 2025 to 4 January 2026 across 34 inns. Six new pubs-with-rooms opened in Emsworth, Lewes, Newbury, and Epping Forest, plus standalone pubs in Lymington and East Barnet. Chief Financial Officer Chris Guy stepped down on 31 December 2025.

Radisson Blu opens new hotel at Paris Charles de Gaulle airport

Starhotels Collezione appoints new exec chef at Paris hotel

Hospitality sector loses almost 9,000 jobs in December

Hotels and holiday parks warn rates rises threaten viability

RedCat to focus on premium inns as it exits managed pubs

Large Hotel Chain of the Year.

Staycity Group secures second Vienna aparthotel

🏠 Staycity Group announced a new 20-year lease for an aparthotel in Vienna's 4th District, set to open in 2028. The 300-apartment complex will feature amenities like a gym and co-working areas, situated near Taubstummengasse U-Bahn.
