Minor Hotels Reports THB 631m Core Loss Despite 6% Revenue Increase in Q1 2026; Expands Portfolio with Four New Properties

🏨 Minor Hotels reported a core loss of THB 631m (£14.41m) for Q1 2026, despite a 6% revenue increase to THB 30.4bn (£690m). The loss increased by THB 138m (£3.15m) due to renovations and forex losses. Revenue per available room rose 6%, and average daily rate increased by 7%. Europe and Americas RevPAR grew 7%, Maldives ADR grew 12%, and Thailand’s Anantara brand reported a 23% RevPAR rise. The group added 589 keys and plans a digital platform with Salesforce and Google Cloud.
