OTA commissions range from 15% to 25%, impacting revenue. Changing guest behavior includes shorter stays and last-minute bookings. Mobile’s importance is growing in the booking process. Hotels should review online booking journeys and channel setups to reduce revenue leakage and enhance direct bookings.
