🏨 Dominus and Cheyne Capital acquire Ibex House in City of London for a 382-bedroom hotel conversion. The Art Deco building, vacant since its office use, will target BREEAM Excellent standards. The project includes a public café, refurbished Peacock pub, and a hospitality academy with The Springboard Charity. Dominus, focusing on repurposing offices, also acquired 5–10 Great Tower Street and 123 Judd Street for hotel developments. Across the UK, they have 3,800 student beds and 1,700 hotel rooms in progress.

🏨 Met Hotel Leeds reopens Gott’s Bar and Kitchen after a major refurbishment of its Grade II listed building, originally opened in 1899. The refurbishment, which began in 2023, preserved the terracotta façade and Victorian detailing while updating interiors such as the entrance and function rooms. The hotel now includes nine function rooms with modern facilities. The renovation emphasized sustainability with locally sourced materials. General Manager Mike Liddle highlights the blend of historic charm and modern hospitality.

🏠 Radisson Individuals adds New Bath Hotel and Spa to its UK portfolio in Matlock Bath, Derbyshire. The 18th-century property features 54 rooms and an outdoor lido with mineral spring water. Spa amenities include ESPA products, hot tub, sauna, and steam room, accessible to guests and visitors. Dining services are offered at the Fountain Restaurant, and event spaces accommodate up to 150 guests. Located near the Peak District, it’s about 30 minutes from Derby and 2.5 hours from London by train.
