Premier Inn's Middle East Occupancy Rebounds to 78% in July After War-Induced Drop in March
📈 Premier Inn, owned by Whitbread, operates 11 properties across the UAE and Qatar. In March, occupancy fell to 50% due to the U.S.-Iran conflict but rose to 78% by July. Revenue, initially down 68% in April, decreased by only 11% by July. Seven properties are in Dubai, two in Abu Dhabi, and two in Doha. Mid-market hotels performed better in occupancy compared to luxury hotels from March to June, according to Ali Siddiqui.
