Dubai Hotels Repatriate Staff Amid Strengthened Business; Taj Exotica Occupancy Rises from 36% to Over 60%
📍 In Dubai, hotels are recalling employees initially relocated due to the U.S.-Iran conflict. Saurabh Tiwari of Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) notes the return is fueled by rising business levels. In recent months, Taj Dubai's occupancy has been in the high-70% range. Taj Exotica, The Palm, increased occupancy from 36% in June to 50% in July and is projected to exceed 60% in August, driven by demand from the UK and Europe.
