Ras Al Khaimah to Double Hotel Rooms by 2030, Open Private Jet Terminal to Boost Luxury Tourism
📈 Ras Al Khaimah is aiming to become a luxury hotspot by doubling hotel rooms from 8,700 to 20,000 by 2030. CEO Phillipa Harrison highlights 2026 for brand awareness and a major expansion from 2027 to 2029. The emirate plans to open a private jet terminal and leverage the Wynn casino resort. New hotels, including W, Nobu, Fairmont, and Four Seasons, will be primarily located on Al Marjan Island. The target is 3.5 million visitors.
