Hyatt Place opens at Bozeman Yellowstone Airport

🏨 Hyatt Place Bozeman Yellowstone Airport has opened with 130 rooms, including 15 suites, marking the first Hyatt-branded hotel in the Bozeman area. Located steps from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, the hotel is 15 minutes from downtown Bozeman and 90 minutes from Yellowstone National Park. It features a 360-degree fireplace, business lounge, fitness center, and heated patio. Developed by West Post Hotel Partners LLC and managed by Concord Hospitality, it offers a full hot breakfast buffet and will soon host The Social Story restaurant.

Hilton Milwaukee completes transformational renovation

Located near the Baird Center, it serves as a hub for visitors and locals alike.

Montage International is developing its fifth property in Mexico

🏖️ Montage International and partners Thor Urbana and Life Properties International plan to develop the luxury Montage Valle de Guadalupe resort in Mexico's Bruma Wine Estate, opening in 2028. The resort will offer 62 guestrooms, Montage Residences, and numerous amenities, including a 4,000 sq ft wedding lawn. Valle de Guadalupe, producing 90% of Mexican wine, is an hour from the U.S.-Mexico border and home to Michelin-star restaurants. Future plans include a curated wine club and equestrian facility.

1 Hotels plans new Cabo resort

🌴 1 Hotels plans to open 1 Hotel Cabo in Los Cabos, Mexico, by late 2028 or early 2029. Partnering with Grupo Questro and Grupo MRP, the resort will feature 124 rooms, infinity pools, and a rooftop bar. Emphasizing sustainability, it will use organic materials and biophilic design. The development will connect to 1 Homes Cabo, allowing residents access to hotel amenities. Architecture is led by Agustín Caso and Miguel De la Torre.

Marriott’s City Express brand hits 100 North America deals

🏨 Marriott International has achieved 100 signed agreements for City Express by Marriott properties in the U.S. and Canada. In 2025, six hotels opened, with four more expected by year's end. Key projects include a 197-room hotel in Kissimmee, a 90-key property near Dulles Airport, a 73-room hotel in Amarillo, and an 86-room hotel in Carson City. The brand's expansion also includes two planned properties in Osaka, Japan, targeting midscale travelers.

IHG’s Kimpton to debut in Morocco

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts and Sirayane Hospitality signed an agreement to open the first Kimpton hotel in Morocco by Q4 2026. Located 7 km from Marrakech–Menara Airport, Kimpton Marrakech will feature 67 rooms, a lobby lounge, dining venues, a spa, fitness center, pools, and a rooftop restaurant. Marrakech, accounting for 25% of Morocco’s tourism, is known for its historic sites and luxury tourism. This marks IHG’s third hotel deal in Morocco, introducing the Kimpton brand to the market.

Balfour Miami Beach joins Wyndham’s Registry Collection

Dealmaking is elevated, but deal values are lower, notes new PwC report

Club Med announces new mountain resort in Tremblant

Curio Collection by Hilton debuts in Medellin
