IHG expands UK footprint with four new hotel agreements

📍 IHG Hotels & Resorts expands in the UK with four new properties through agreements with Fairview Hotels. The additions include voco London – Bloomsbury and three Garner hotels in Rotherham East, Lincoln, and Chesterfield North, contributing over 380 rooms to IHG’s pipeline. voco London – Bloomsbury, with 114 rooms, will transition in mid-2026, while Garner Hotel Rotherham East opened in January 2025. Lincoln and Chesterfield North will open in February 2026. IHG now boasts over 400 properties in the UK and Ireland.

Dreamscape expands Marriott portfolio across the South and Midwest

Waldorf Astoria resort and residences coming to Utah’s Deer Valley

Newport adds two Hilton hotels in Columbus to management portfolio

First Treehouse Hotels resort to debut in Miami Beach

Global Hotel Alliance unveils 2025 full-year review

Hilton reports record growth and global expansion in 2025
