Amenities include on-site dining, a 24/7 Pavilion Pantry, a business center, and guest laundry facilities. The largest meeting room hosts up to 200 guests.

🎶 Pendry Nashville, set to open in 2027, will feature 180 guestrooms, 146 residences, and amenities like a rooftop pool and event space totaling 10,000 square feet. Developed by Pendry Hotels & Resorts, SomeraRoad, and Trestle Studios, this luxury hotel and residence will be situated in Paseo South Gulch district. Residence sales begin this year, with options ranging up to 3,800 square feet. The project reflects Nashville's cultural dynamism and will offer tailored programming and services.

🏨 Raines is managing the Hilton Garden Inn Greenville University Area, fourth collaboration with Clarendon Properties. Owned by Greenville Ventures, LLC alongside Co-X Holdings and Sandlin Investments, this property is the first hotel in downtown Greenville. Situated at 423 Evans Street, it's near East Carolina University and other landmarks with Pitt-Greenville Airport three miles away. The 101-room hotel boasts a fitness center, meeting rooms, pet-friendly accommodations, and the area's first rooftop bar, 1717 The Rooftop. Raines expanded its portfolio by over 20 properties in 2024 and aims to grow further in 2025.

🏨 TV personality Lisa Vanderpump, known for "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," partners with Caesars Entertainment to rebrand The Cromwell on the Las Vegas Strip into The Vanderpump Hotel, starting in summer 2025, completion expected early 2026. Vanderpump Alain design company to oversee 188-room redesign including furnishings, lighting, layout, lobby, front desk, casino floor, and a new lounge. The Cromwell to remain open during renovations, maintaining operations while transitioning.

🏖️ Dusit International partners with PT Komodo Property Management to manage Kaliwatu Residences – Dusit Collection, the brand's first in Indonesia. Situated in Labuan Bajo, Flores Island, the resort features 63 private villas with plunge pools, 194 apartments, and a clubhouse. Full completion is expected by Q2 2028. Labuan Bajo, with a 1.5 million annual tourist target, offers improved accessibility via new flights and an upgraded airport. 🏌 Valor Hospitality Partners expanded its portfolio with Dunluce Lodge in Northern Ireland and Seaton House in Scotland, partnering with U.S.-based Links Collection. Seaton House features 42 rooms, including six suites and three junior suites near the Old Course at St Andrews. Dunluce Lodge offers 35 suites, with eight in The Stookan, and is located by Royal Portrush Golf Club's 4th hole. 🏖 Playa Hotels & Resorts opened the second Wyndham Alltra in the Dominican Republic, featuring a 620-room resort with five à la carte restaurants, a buffet, a pizzeria, a café, and nine bars. Hilton partnered with AutoCamp in February 2024, allowing bookings through Hilton's direct channels and accumulation of Hilton Honors points. The site offers 85 accommodations, including Airstream Suites, Cabins, BaseCamp Suites, and Bunk Rooms for up to six guests.
