Marriott International posts strong 2025 growth, adds nearly 100,000 rooms worldwide

📈 Marriott International's global growth in 2025 included a 4.3% net room increase with over 700 new properties and nearly 100,000 rooms. The development pipeline reached approximately 610,000 rooms, a 5.7% increase. Key regional milestones: 94 deals in the Caribbean and Latin America, 187 in Asia Pacific excluding China, and 201 in Greater China. Notable brand expansions included citizenM, Series by Marriott, and new luxury openings like The Lake Como EDITION and W Punta Cana. Branded residences set records with 55 deals.

First Ruby Hotel in the U.S. heads to Chicago

Corinthia to develop luxury resort in Lake Como

Kerten Hospitality signs Casadora Resort in Morocco

IHG to develop Six Senses resort in southern Utah

Loews Hotels to develop Americana property in Arlington, Texas
