Ennismore has big plans for 2026

LondonMetric buys nine Premier Inn hotels

📈 LondonMetric Property Plc acquired nine Premier Inn hotels for £89 million ($120 million USD) in a sale and leaseback deal with Whitbread PLC. The hotels are on 30-year leases with a 5.3% net initial yield, generating £5 million in annual rent, with CPI-linked reviews every five years. Located mainly in South East England, they offer 955 rooms. This acquisition makes Whitbread LondonMetric's fourth largest occupier, contributing £11.3 million annually, or 2.7% of total rental income. LondonMetric now owns 22 Premier Inn hotels.

HEI adds three hotels in The Woodlands, Texas area

The portfolio includes The Woodlands Resort, The Westin, and Embassy Suites, totaling 909 guestrooms. The partnership with Ascendant marks a new management relationship for HEI.

Lemon Tree restructures as Warburg Pincus backs Fleur

Four Seasons and developers to bring luxury hotel, residences to Diriyah
