Choice’s Everhome Suites breaks ground in three locations

Upper midscale projects total 4,540/585,688 rooms, upscale 3,688/634,050 rooms, and luxury segment projects up 13% YOY with 1,066/214,270 rooms.

Universal Helios Grand Hotel to open in Universal Orlando

🌈 In 2025, Universal Orlando Resort will open the 500-room Universal Helios Grand Hotel, a Mediterranean-inspired Loews hotel, at Universal Epic Universe. The hotel will feature a dedicated theme park entrance, entertainment-themed rooms like the How to Train Your Dragon Kids’ Suites, three dining venues, a rooftop lounge with 360-degree views, a zero-entry pool with underwater speakers, and Early Park Admission benefits. EMEA hotel industry sees robust performance in H1
