Accor signs Sofitel hotel in Vietnam

🏡 Accor partners with DOJI Group to open Sofitel Diamond Crown Hai Phong in 2026. Hilton expands luxury footprint with addition of Conrad in Mexico

🏖️ Hilton, in partnership with Parks Hospitality Holdings, will open Conrad Los Cabos in Mexico by 2027. This resort will be located in the Baja California Sur region and will become Conrad's first property on the Baja California Peninsula, joining Hilton's eight existing properties in the area. The resort will offer a 3,000-square-foot spa, fitness center, several pools, five dining venues, and over 500 square feet of meeting space. WaterWalk completes first asset sale

🚫 WaterWalk sold its Phoenix North Happy Valley hotel to Ignite Hotels LLC, with sale details undisclosed. WaterWalk Phoenix opened February 2023, featuring 126 units with both furnished and unfurnished options. It's the first of the Gen2 prototype for WaterWalk, which includes a single four-story building with studio, one-, and two-bedroom suites. The hotel remains under WaterWalk Hospitality management and is part of the WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham brand, the 25th brand in Wyndham’s portfolio.

Ritz-Carlton to debut in Central America with Costa Rica resort

Oyo completes acquisition of G6 Hospitality for $525M
