Apple taps Delta, United, other major airlines to help track luggage with AirTags, Find My technology
🔍 Major airlines including British Airways, Delta Air Lines, Qantas, United, and Virgin Atlantic are cooperating with Apple to use AirTag geolocation for tracking lost luggage. United aims to implement the service system-wide in early 2025, while Delta anticipates starting later this year. Additional partners are Aer Lingus, Air Canada, Air New Zealand, and others. The service will utilize GPS data from AirTags via the Find My app, enhancing luggage tracking and customer service.
