TPG Construction managed the upgrade, focusing on guestrooms, public spaces, and meeting areas to enhance efficiency and guest flow. The pet-friendly, four-story hotel features amenities like a restaurant, lounge, fitness center, and pool. It's near the University of Rhode Island and local beaches, catering to university, leisure, and corporate visitors.

🏨 Hilton Los Angeles Airport, California, completed a $50 million renovation, remaining operational during the process. Updates include redesigned guestrooms with premium mattresses, mini-refrigerators, and USB/USB-C ports. The hotel now features 55,000 sq. ft. of meeting space and several dining venues. Aesthetic changes incorporate mid-century touches and color-coded design accents. These enhancements aim to align with Los Angeles’s global spotlight, especially for forthcoming major sports events.

🏨 JW Marriott Atlanta Downtown, part of Marriott Bonvoy, has opened in Atlanta, Georgia, featuring 237 rooms and four dining concepts. It is minutes from the Mercedes-Benz Stadium and Georgia Aquarium. Designed by Looney & Associates, it offers a rooftop pool and spa. The Executive Lounge is tailored for select guests, while The Perch rooftop bar offers panoramic views. Nearly 10,000 square feet of meeting space are available, making it a hub for luxury hospitality and events.

🏨 Westport Hospitality will open The Harborvale, Autograph Collection in June 2026 in Burlington, Vermont. This 161-room hotel is located on Lake Champlain and is part of Marriott Bonvoy’s Autograph Collection. Developed by Jay Canning and Chuck DesLauriers, and owned by Burlington Harbor Hotel Group, it features over 3,000 square feet for events. The hotel offers three event spaces for gatherings of up to 125 guests, embracing Burlington’s lake life nostalgia.
