🏨 DoubleTree by Hilton Boston-Andover, Andover, Massachusetts, completed a $6 million renovation started in November 2024. The remodel, inspired by Andover’s natural beauty, updated the lobby, rooms, restaurant, and meeting spaces, maintaining the hotel’s operation throughout. Designed by Baskervill, the redesign features earth tones and local art. Bob Anderson, president of Linchris Hotel Corporation, highlighted the blend of modern design with local elements to enhance guest comfort and connectivity.

Ian Schrager Announces PUBLIC West Hollywood

🏨 Ian Schrager plans to open PUBLIC West Hollywood on the Sunset Strip in spring 2026. This 137-key hotel will feature design collaboration with architect John Pawson. Reservations open in January 2026. PUBLIC, known for its “luxury for all” approach, is currently located in New York's Lower East Side.

Peachtree Group’s Development Portfolio Surpasses $2 Billion Nationwide

🏨 Peachtree Group's hotel development portfolio exceeded $2 billion by September 2025, with significant openings including the Embassy Suites Beach Resort in Gulf Shores, Alabama, featuring 257 rooms. In Dallas, a 19-story dual-branded hotel, with 264 rooms, is set to open in summer 2026. The 30-story dual-branded Embassy Suites and Tempo by Hilton in Austin will offer 480 rooms. Marcus & Millichap Announces Sale of Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston North/Spring

Despite lending, title, and market challenges, the deal was successfully brokered by Rajan Patel and supported by the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team.

Hyatt Reports Q3 2025 Results

📈 Hyatt Hotels Corporation reported Q3 2025 results from Chicago: RevPAR increased 0.3% compared to Q3 2024. Net rooms grew 12.1%, with a 7.0% rise excluding acquisitions. Choice Hotels International Reports Q3 2025 Results

💸 Choice Hotels International, Inc. reported Q3 2025 results in North Bethesda, Maryland. Net income rose to $180 million from $105.7 million in Q3 2024. Adjusted EBITDA hit $190.1 million, a 7% increase. Global franchise agreements surged 54%. International net rooms grew 8.3%, with strong expansion in China and France. Total revenues increased 5% to $447.3 million. U.S. extended stay net rooms grew 12%. Liquidity stood at $564.2 million with a debt-to-EBITDA ratio of 3.0x.
