Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Reports Q3 2025 Results

📈 Parsippany, New Jersey—Wyndham Hotels & Resorts announced Q3 2025 results. System-wide rooms grew 4% year-over-year, and 204 development contracts were awarded globally, a 24% increase. Adjusted net income rose to $112 million, while net income was $105 million, a 3% rise. Adjusted EBITDA increased to $213 million. The global pipeline hit a record 257,000 rooms, with 75% new construction. RevPAR decreased 5%, with declines in the U.S. and Asia Pacific, partially offset by growth in the EMEA region.

Hilton Reports Q3 2025 Results

CoStar: U.S. Hotel Construction Fell for Ninth Consecutive Month

🏨 U.S. hotel rooms under construction have declined for nine consecutive months as of September 2025, reports CoStar. Construction volume fell 12.3% to 137,956 rooms compared to September 2024. Isaac Collazo notes the drop is over 80,000 rooms below the Q3 2020 peak, citing uncertainty, high costs, and cautious developers. Still, more construction is ongoing than post-Great Recession.
