🏨 The Venetian Resort Las Vegas revealed a major milestone in its $1.5 billion reinvestment with the debut of new Signature Suites. These suites are invitation-only and feature Italian craftsmanship, including Murano glass and walnut timber. The Chairman Suites, spanning 8,000 square feet, and the Presidential and Penthouse Suites showcase luxurious design elements. Design collaboration involved Meyer Davis, Richmond International, and Wimberly Interiors. The transformation also introduces new culinary and entertainment experiences.

🏨 Hunter Hotel Advisors facilitated the sale of the 117-key Hilton Garden Inn Springfield on July 11, 2025. Witness Investment acquired the property from Schulte Hospitality Group, with the transaction led by Spencer Davidson. Located in Springfield, Illinois, near Interstates 72 and 55, the hotel is close to key destinations like the University of Illinois Springfield. The hotel features an on-site fitness center, indoor pool, and The Garden Grille & Bar.

🏨 L’Auberge de Sedona, Arizona, joined Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH), enhancing global visibility while maintaining its luxury experience. The resort, owned by DiamondRock Hospitality and managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, is now bookable on Hilton.com and the Hilton Honors app due to SLH's partnership with Hilton Hotels. SLH's portfolio includes nearly 600 hotels globally.

🏨 July 16, 2025, Brooklyn's Williamsburg: Berkadia and Cushman & Wakefield brokered the sale of Hotel Indigo and 500 Met, featuring 187 hotel rooms, 75 residential units, and 152 parking spaces. The buyer, a joint venture of HN Capital Partners, 109Co, and Farallon Capital Management, acquired the mixed-use development built in 2019. The transaction highlights New York City's strong market for high-quality, well-located properties, despite challenging capital market conditions.

🏨 Marriott International acquires citizenM, announced in Bethesda, Maryland. The acquisition boosts Marriott's lodging options, adding 37 citizenM hotels with 8,789 rooms across 20+ cities in the US, Europe, and Asia Pacific. An additional two hotels, totaling over 300 rooms, will join Marriott's portfolio. Integration into Marriott's systems is expected this year, and citizenM will join the Marriott Bonvoy program.
