🏨 Crescent Hotels & Resorts has opened the dual-branded AC Hotel by Marriott Symphony Park and Element by Westin Symphony Park in Las Vegas, Nevada. Developed by Jackson-Shaw, this is the only dual-branded, non-gaming hotel in the Symphony Park district and the world's largest AC/Element hotel. It features a piano lounge, a saltwater pool, and 18,000 sq. ft. of event space. Located near The Smith Center, it includes a 19-foot sculpture by artist Larry Domsky.

☕ Hilton Anaheim, California, has unveiled its newly renovated Starbucks as part of Starbucks' Green Apron Service initiative. This design, featuring wood tones, open sight lines, and natural light, aligns with Hilton Anaheim's broader renovation. Sergio Bocci, the hotel's general manager, highlighted its strategic location near the Anaheim Convention Center. The renovation emphasizes convenience and quality for travelers. Future enhancements include Mobile Order & Pay. Ana Cordero from Starbucks emphasized the space's value for guests and locals.

🏨 Noble Investment Group and Marriott International announced their 10th StudioRes hotel groundbreaking in Atlanta, Georgia. The StudioRes brand is aimed at extended-stay guests, with about 50 projects in the pipeline and half under construction. The partnership leverages Marriott's 248 million Bonvoy members to capture the growing demand in the long-term accommodations sector. The first StudioRes recently opened in Fort Myers, Florida, marking an expansion in this undersupplied market.

🏨 Extended Stay America recently opened the Premier Suites in Kyle, Texas, between Austin and San Antonio, near Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The 124-room, four-story hotel, developed by Provident Realty Advisors, offers amenities like free Wi-Fi, breakfast, fully-equipped kitchens, and a fitness room. This is the second Premier Suites launch in Texas this year, aligning with Kyle's rapid growth. Provident Realty Advisors also has new projects in Temple and Schertz, Texas.

🏨 HEI Hotels & Resorts added the Hyatt Regency Greenwich in Greenwich, Connecticut, to its portfolio of over 100 hotels. The hotel underwent a $40 million renovation, adding 374 guestrooms, an indoor pool, and 35,000 square feet of meeting space. The Townsend Cinema, a 40-seat venue, offers films in sync with major theaters, craft cocktails, and movie snacks. Collaborations include the National Audubon Society and experiences like yoga, cocktail classes, and live music.
