🏨 Hilton Athens lost 2.98 UK guest share points while One & Only Aesthesis gained 3.07. Over three years, data from 111 Greek hotels (49 in Athens, 62 in Rhodes) showed changing brand strength. Athens sees 56% UK share from international chains, whereas Rhodes is dominated by Greek groups at 69%. In Rhodes, Wavemaker Hospitality gained 2.83 share points, while Mitsis lost 3.34.
