BWH Hotels GB rebrands as WorldHotels GB, representing over 200 hotels and 12,000 rooms

🏨 BWH Hotels GB has rebranded as WorldHotels GB, representing 200-plus independent hotels and 12,000 rooms across Great Britain. Individual hotel brands remain unchanged. The global strategy covers 4,000-plus hotels in 100 countries. GB expansion targets 50% growth by 2029, with nearly 50 hotels in its 12-month pipeline. WorldHotels Rewards launches on 5 January 2027, uniting 53 million members across three tiers. Loyalty bookings currently generate 27% of GB hotel revenue.

Bohopo secures Banco BPI financing for 22-room Maison Arya hotel in central Porto

🏨 Bohopo has secured Banco BPI financing for a 22-room Maison Arya hotel at Rua do Bonjardim 690–694 in central Porto, Portugal. Construction by Norasil is underway, with completion expected in December 2027. Converting an existing building, the hotel will become Maison Arya’s third property and Bohopo’s third Porto asset. MAADS Advisers supported the transaction; financing terms remain undisclosed. The investment targets strong visitor demand and limited quality hotel supply.
