With over 20 years of luxury hospitality experience, Narayan previously led Etéreo, Auberge Resorts in Riviera Maya, Mexico, and served at Esperanza, Los Cabos. 🏨 David Wilkie appointed general manager at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village. With over 20 years in luxury hospitality, his Four Seasons journey began in 2014 at Baku. Previously, he managed Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. Wilkie studied at the Scottish Hotel School Trust House in London, working initially in Michelin-starred restaurants before hotel management roles at Ritz-Carlton and Mandarin Oriental. The Westlake Village hotel has transformed its offerings over the past five years.

🏨 Oscar Postma, with 25+ years in luxury hospitality, becomes the new general manager of The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands. Previously, he managed operations at Conrad Singapore Orchard and Conrad Centennial Singapore. Located in North Malé Atoll, the resort is accessible by a 45-minute speedboat or 10-minute seaplane from Malé International Airport. Postma aims to deliver memorable experiences with the team.

🏨 Kevin Robinson appointed COO of Langham Hospitality Group, effective April 14, 2025. Robinson previously led The Langham, Chicago in 2011 and has 30 years in hospitality, with roles at Westin, Four Seasons, and as founder of Aparium Hotel Group. Langham aims to manage 100 hotels by 2040. Bob van den Oord, CEO, highlights Robinson's expertise in guest offerings and hotel management. She previously held a role as commercial director at Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City. Villalobos has experience in leadership roles in sales, marketing, and operations, including at The St. Regis Mexico City and The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort. She aims to create unique experiences for guests at Etéreo.

🏖 Christian González has been named the general manager of Susurros del Corazón, Auberge Resorts Collection, in Punta de Mita, Mexico. With over 25 years in luxury hospitality, González brings experience from roles at Rosewood Mayakoba and Four Seasons properties. Susurros del Corazón, overlooking Bahía de Banderas, includes 59 studios, casitas, suites, and 30 villas. Raised in Puerto Vallarta, González aims to elevate the resort's luxury status while honoring its local culture and traditions.
