🏨 The St. Regis Singapore appoints Nick Heath as general manager, effective in 2025. With nearly 30 years in hospitality, Heath transitions from JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach. His career spans Asia, the Middle East, and the US, starting with Hyatt and moving to Marriott in 2007. He has managed notable properties like W Bangkok and The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi. The hotel is situated near Orchard Road and the Singapore Botanic Gardens.

🏝️ Benjamin Levine has been appointed as the general manager of Marram, an oceanfront boutique resort in Montauk. With over 20 years of experience, Levine previously managed The Chequit, The Surf Lodge, and The Maidstone Hotel in the East End of Long Island. He aims to enhance Marram’s reputation for luxury and guest experiences. Marram, established five years ago, is known for its laid-back luxury and high-touch hospitality.

🏨 Davidson Hospitality Group promotes Nick Gregory to Executive VP of Operations for Pivot and Paul Eckert to Executive VP of Operations and Business Intelligence. Gregory, with over 30 years of experience from Kimpton Hotels, will enhance value and standards at Pivot. Eckert will drive performance and innovation across Davidson's portfolio. 🗺 Stéphane Maquaire becomes Club Med's CEO, succeeding Henri Giscard d’Estaing after 20 years. Based in Paris, Maquaire, formerly of Carrefour, joins from 2019. 📍 Ryan Planski has been appointed director of sales and marketing at The Chatwal, New York, a luxury hotel in Manhattan's Hyatt Unbound Collection. With over a decade in the hotel industry, he aims to enhance the hotel's reputation and revenues. Previously, Planski was at Renaissance New York Chelsea, promoted in 2023, and helped open the hotel in 2019. The Chatwal, located on 44th Street, was built in 1905, restored in 2010, and features 76 rooms.

🏨 Cristian Nannucci will lead the new Tivoli La Vie Muscat Hotel in Oman, opening Q1 2026. Nannucci, with over 30 years of global luxury hospitality experience, has managed properties in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. The 79-key hotel, part of a mixed-use destination 15 minutes from Muscat International Airport, will include 100 branded residences and overlook an 18-hole golf course. This marks Tivoli's first property in Oman.

📈 Patrick Graham is appointed Managing Director of Rosewood Bermuda. He joined Rosewood Hotels & Resorts in 2022, previously managing Rosewood London. Graham will oversee operations and drive innovation under the Rosewood 3.0 vision. The Juniper Initiative, launched in 2024, aims to promote education, sustainability, and inclusivity in Bermuda. Graham has also held senior roles at luxury hotels in London, including Claridge’s, The Bulgari Hotel & Residences, and Nobu Hotel London Portman Square.

🏠 Jason Takaki has been appointed General Manager of Napili Shores Maui by OUTRIGGER. With over eight years of experience, he excels in operations, staff development, and guest services. Takaki will oversee AOAO and rental operations, focusing on maintenance and revenue optimization. He previously served as Director of Security at The Whaler on Kā‘anapali Beach. His leadership will enhance guest and owner experiences at the property.

📌 Zaw Oo has been appointed as the general manager of Hotel Fera Anaheim, a 460-room DoubleTree by Hilton, located in Orange, CA. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Oo previously managed the 480-room M Social Hotel New York Times Square. Born in Yangon, Myanmar, he initially worked in finance for a decade in the San Francisco Bay Area before shifting to hospitality.
