🏨 Gale Miami Hotel & Residences has appointed James D’Agostino as the new complex general manager. With over 20 years in Miami hospitality, D’Agostino continues as general manager of Gale South Beach. Previously a bellman at the Sagamore Hotel, he rose to general manager over 16 years. Gale Miami features condo-style rooms and a spa, located near major Miami attractions. D’Agostino prepares the hotel for events, including the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

📈 Adam Snow appointed executive VP, chief strategy officer at Stonebridge, based in Denver. He will lead strategic development to boost corporate growth and property-level success. CEO Rob Smith calls Snow's blend of strategic leadership and analytics "a unicorn." Snow's background includes Aimbridge Hospitality, Dine Brands, Disney, and Dell. Stonebridge aims to innovate by embedding strategy directly into properties to enhance asset performance and create value. 📈 Montage Laguna Beach has appointed Victorio Gonzalez as managing director. Gonzalez, a veteran of Montage Hotels & Resorts, joined in 2003. He has held roles at Montage Deer Valley, Montage Los Cabos, and was Pendry San Diego's GM in 2020. Recently, he managed Montage Big Sky. Gonzalez's past includes founding Executive Dining Consultants LLC and managing restaurants in Las Vegas and Scottsdale. He will oversee operations to enhance guest experiences.

📈 Christian Charnaux will rejoin Hilton as executive vice president and chief development officer on July 1, 2025. He returns from Inspire Brands, where he was chief growth officer since 2018. Charnaux initially joined Hilton in 2009, holding senior roles in corporate finance until 2018. CEO Chris Nassetta expressed enthusiasm about Charnaux's return during a period of growth. 🏠 Vinod Narayan was appointed as the new general manager of Wildflower Farms, Auberge Resorts Collection, in Hudson Valley, 90 minutes from New York City. With over 20 years of luxury hospitality experience, Narayan previously led Etéreo, Auberge Resorts in Riviera Maya, Mexico, and served at Esperanza, Los Cabos. Wildflower Farms spans 140 acres, and Narayan aims to enhance its unique experiences. Mo Elbanna praised Narayan's leadership and operational expertise to further elevate the resort.

🏨 David Wilkie appointed general manager at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village. With over 20 years in luxury hospitality, his Four Seasons journey began in 2014 at Baku. Previously, he managed Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. Wilkie studied at the Scottish Hotel School Trust House in London, working initially in Michelin-starred restaurants before hotel management roles at Ritz-Carlton and Mandarin Oriental. The Westlake Village hotel has transformed its offerings over the past five years.

🏨 Oscar Postma, with 25+ years in luxury hospitality, becomes the new general manager of The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands. Previously, he managed operations at Conrad Singapore Orchard and Conrad Centennial Singapore. Located in North Malé Atoll, the resort is accessible by a 45-minute speedboat or 10-minute seaplane from Malé International Airport. Postma aims to deliver memorable experiences with the team.

🏨 Kevin Robinson appointed COO of Langham Hospitality Group, effective April 14, 2025. Robinson previously led The Langham, Chicago in 2011 and has 30 years in hospitality, with roles at Westin, Four Seasons, and as founder of Aparium Hotel Group. Langham aims to manage 100 hotels by 2040. Bob van den Oord, CEO, highlights Robinson's expertise in guest offerings and hotel management.
