Recent ICE arrests put restaurants on alert—here’s how operators should prepare

Approximately one million undocumented immigrants work in the U.S. restaurant industry, with numbers potentially increasing due to federal crackdowns.

AI Could Change Everything, Except Hospitality’s Human Touch
