🏨 Ennismore plans to open over 20 hotels and 35 restaurants and bars in 2025. SLS Barcelona, The Hoxton Florence, Mama Shelter Zürich, The Hoxton Edinburgh, and The Hoxton Dublin are set for early to late 2025. Asia Pacific openings include Mondrian Gold Coast, Hyde Perth, 25hours Hotel Sydney, and Mama Shelter Singapore. In the Americas, SLS Playa Mujeres and Delano Miami Beach will open in January and late-2025 respectively. Rixos Montaza Alexandria and other Rixos hotels are scheduled in the Middle East & India. Ennismore's culinary ventures include partnerships with Paris Society and Rikas Group for diverse dining experiences.

🎉 Foxhills Club & Resort in Surrey celebrated a record-breaking Christmas in 2024 with a 57% increase in Christmas Eve & Boxing Day dining attendance. Hotel bookings jumped 43% with room occupancy and 45% more guests under the Mistletoe and Holly packages. Christmas parties popularity rose by 10%, while New Year's Eve attendance skyrocketed 146%, offering events like a black tie gala and a five-course menu at The Fox dining rooms. Managing Director Tej Walia credits the team's hard work for the festive success.

🏛 Accor partners with VERKEHRSBUERO HOSPITALITY to add three hotels in Austria: TRIBE Vienna City (opening in 2027, 160 rooms), Handwritten Collection's Hotel Rathauspark Wien (opening in early 2026, 105 rooms), and Novotel Salzburg (opening in 2028, 103 rooms). TRIBE Vienna City, formerly Austria Trend Hotel Europa Wien, located near St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Novotel Salzburg, situated close to the city center and main train station, will feature conference rooms and a fitness center. Accor's Austrian portfolio reaches 41 properties, showcasing the group's commitment to this European hospitality market.

🏨 Accor adds The Grand Tarabya Hotel to its Istanbul portfolio, located in the Tarabya neighborhood overlooking the Bosphorus Strait. Opened in 1966 and restored in 2013, the property will be renovated and rebranded as a Fairmont hotel. With 248 rooms and suites, 29 residences, seven dining outlets, and a wellness center, it marks Accor's 38th property in Istanbul. The renovation will update features and services, aligning with Fairmont standards. Accor operates over 70 hotels in Turkey, home to luxury and mid-range brands.

🏠 Adagio will open a new aparthotel in Luxembourg's Cloche d’Or district in 2027, expanding to 17 countries. The "Botanica – Your Office Resort" development includes 520,000 square meters of office space, set to grow by 50% by 2027. The Luxtram extension, planned for 2031, will improve connectivity with a stop at Botanica. The aparthotel features 121 "Smart House" apartments, a fitness center, laundry, and "The Circle" common area. Adagio, founded in 2007, now has 129 sites with 14,733 apartments in 16 countries, offered under three brands. The sustainability-focused project is in partnership with CODIC.

🏡 The Longfellow Hotel in Portland, Maine, designed by New York's Post Company, is a 48-room boutique hotel operated by Uncommon Hospitality. Influenced by the New England coast's climate and colors, the hotel features interiors that blend contemporary elements with traditional touches, offering turmeric-colored sofas, pale seafoam-green walls, black-and-white penny round flooring, and wide-plank oak floors. The property includes the Five of Clubs bar, Twinflower Cafe, Astraea spa with Scandinavian influences, and a communal lounge on the top floor. Guests can enjoy complimentary bicycle rentals, an electric car service, and eco-friendly initiatives like zero single-use plastics and all-electric appliances. 🌐

🏖 CoralTree Hospitality now manages Black Desert Resort and Red Mountain Resort in Utah's Greater Zion region. Black Desert Resort, a 600-acre property, offers 800 rooms, a 45,000-square-foot convention center, 15,000-square-foot spa, and a 19-hole par-72 golf course designed by Tom Weiskopf. The course hosted the PGA TOUR's Black Desert Championship and will welcome the LPGA Tour in April. Red Mountain Resort spans 55 acres, provides 130 rooms, and features daily activities and an award-winning spa. Both resorts emphasize community engagement, outdoor activities, and sustainability.

🏨 Ruby Hotels is expanding in Europe under CEO Michael Struck, opening its first Budapest hotel in 2026. Transforming the historic Corvin Palace, built in 1926 and located at Blaha Lujza Square, the hotel will feature 181 rooms and a mix of commercial, gastronomic, and cultural spaces. Designed by Matthew Balon, the 4-story hotel respects the original architecture and offers city views from a 5th-floor attic with 6-meter ceilings. Construction begins late 2025; the Balogh family, known for architectural preservation, collaborates on this project.

🏨 Hilton Garden Inn Athens Syggrou Avenue opens in Athens, Greece, introducing the Hilton Garden Inn brand to the country. The hotel, located at the city's heart, features 129 rooms and suites, a rooftop bar and restaurant with a 360° panoramic view of Athens and the Acropolis, an outdoor pool, fitness center, and modern meeting rooms for up to 170 guests. Hilton Hotels in Greece now total 43 across various brands. David Kelly, Hilton’s SVP for Continental Europe, highlights the hotel's upscale, affordable accommodations in a prime location. Hilton currently offers 23 job openings.
