Despite this, review volumes grew by just 0.4%, with North America and Europe seeing declines of 3.0% and 1.2%, respectively. Google reviews surged by 10%, yet satisfaction indexes stayed flat. AI-driven responses reduced hotel reply times from 14 days to 3 days since 2019. Cleanliness and Room scores fell by 1.0 pp and 0.7 pp.
