15 September 2026💸 Starboard Hotels and LaSalle acquired nine UK hotels, including seven Accor-branded properties with 913 rooms, from Ares and EQ. Banor Capital bought three UK hotels totaling 415 rooms, financed by a £27 million loan from Metro Bank. GS Bacares purchased Madrid’s Nômade Temple for €105 million. Iremis acquired Novotel Freiburg in Germany for €28 million. CapMan and AP Pension bought Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers in a joint venture. Extendam and Ker Hospitality acquired Ibis Paris Père-Lachaise.
