RobosizeME Signs On Loews Hotels & Co to use their Advanced Process Automation

RobosizeME has signed a new agreement for Loews Hotels & Co to implement a suite of advanced process automation solutions designed to optimize critical back-office operations. From processing suspended profiles to automating OTA commission reconciliations and third-party credit card routing, the hotel company will use RobosizeME services across their hotel operations.

RobosizeME’s innovative automation solutions will be handling a range of essential tasks at Loews Hotels, including processing suspended profiles, managing OTA VIP customer updates, and automating refund deposits in alignment with cancellation policies. The OCIS Simulator and third-party virtual credit card routing further streamline operations, reducing human error and ensuring compliance with financial policies. These solutions not only save time but also ensure greater accuracy and security in tasks traditionally managed manually.

The automation processes introduced by RobosizeME address common yet time-consuming tasks within the hospitality industry, such as OTA commission reconciliation and VIP customer updates. For example, automating third-party virtual credit card routing has significantly improved accuracy in payment processing, minimizing delays and potential errors. Similarly, automating the management of suspended profiles ensures guest data integrity across multiple systems.
