Wyndham and Reside alliance expands new Residence line with launch of two new Washington D.C. properties

🏠 In Seattle, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Reside announced two new Washington D.C. properties under the 'Reside, a Wyndham Residence' line on January 13, 2025. Reside Navy Yard and Reside NoMa expand the company's operational properties to four, with Reside Navy Yard offering 81 units and Reside NoMa 67 units. The alliance plans to extend to 50 U.S. markets in the future. Reside Seattle Downtown and Reside Houston Downtown are other open locations, with New Orleans set to host a 22-room hotel.

Bob W secures three new Munich properties from H’Otello/H’Apato in landmark deal

🏡 Bob W signed leases for three properties in central Munich, adding 198 units and 3,948 sq m to its German portfolio. On 8th January 2025, the tech-powered hospitality operator expanded in the DACH region by converting two hotels and an aparthotel into Bob W locations. The new additions bring Bob W's total in Germany to 15 buildings. The properties, operating under digital front desk and self-service check-in systems, are advised by Miles Knoll of BNP Paribas and Prof. Dr. Clemens Engelhardt of Trustberg. Bob W, operational in 18 cities across 10 countries, continues to grow with over €70 million in funding and over 4,000 units in its portfolio.
