The beloved Sirata Beach Resort announces the completion of its $25 million guest rooms and suites renovation, as well as the lobby and fitness center. Owned and managed by Columbia Sussex, the Sirata Beach Resort will transition to a Tapestry Collection by Hilton property once Phase II of the renovation is complete. The Tapestry Collection is comprised of independent boutique hotels, each rich in cultural charm and deeply connected to its destination.

Valor Hospitality Partners, a full-service global hospitality management company, is expanding its Hilton portfolio in the Atlanta metropolitan area with the management takeover of three properties: The American Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Atlanta – Roswell and DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Atlanta – Alpharetta. These newly added properties are the result of a strategic partnership with RADCO, a multidimensional real estate firm headquartered in Atlanta.

Stayntouch, a global leader in cloud hotel property management systems (PMS), has partnered with Hideaway Inns, a design-forward brand redefining the modern lodging experience under Revival Hotels’ Invisible Hospitality™ model. Launching first in select Northeast destinations, Hideaway Inns plans 15 openings over the next 36 months, growing to 25 properties in five years. Starting with its flagship in Sunapee, N.H., this month, Hideaway Inns has deployed Stayntouch’s cloud PMS, payments platform, booking engine, and channel manager as its core technology stack.
