🏨 Former K West Hotel reopens in February 2026 as Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherd’s Bush, under IHG Hotels. Located in a historic building in West London, it features 231 bedrooms, suites, a restaurant, bar, and urban spa. The hotel's design pays homage to its musical history with artists like Bowie and Hendrix. Positioned near O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire and Westfield London, it aims to energize the creative district. 🏨 In the Sacred Valley's Yanahuara, Urubamba, Casa Eva Boutique Hotel offers 21 rooms, with 60% featuring whirlpool tubs. The hotel emphasizes local culture with amenities including a spa using Andean herbs and an organic garden supplying its cuisine. Guests can explore using mountain bikes and visit nearby attractions like Ollantaytambo and Machu Picchu. The hotel's staff hails from local communities, supporting the local economy. Casa Eva also hosts events and Andean weddings, enhancing cultural experiences.

🏠 The Residences at The Dubai Beach EDITION, developed by H&H and owned by Shamal Holding, are now available for purchase, with a handover in 2029. Located in Dubai Harbour, the project offers 165 luxury homes across four low-rise buildings. These 2-4 bedroom residences range from 1,450 to 3,770 sq ft. The redesign included guestrooms, suites, a new sky bridge, and a 20,000-square-foot event space. The hotel also introduced a restaurant, The Bridge Kitchen + Cocktails. Sustainability efforts include refillable water stations and energy-efficient lighting. Local artists like Matthew Hoffman contributed to the artistic transformation.

📍 Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile completed a multi-phase renovation of its guestrooms, suites, meeting spaces, and restaurant, capturing Chicago's Streeterville neighborhood essence.
