St Austell Brewery Completes First Phase of Refurbishment at Great Western Hotel in Newquay, Revamping 26 Bedrooms

🛑 St Austell Brewery has completed the first phase of a refurbishment at the Great Western pub and hotel in Newquay, Cornwall. The project overhauled 26 bedrooms, 16 with sea views, including dog-friendly and family rooms. Built in 1879, the hotel originally served railway passengers. St Austell Brewery manages 45 pubs, with future plans to upgrade remaining rooms and communal areas. This is their fifth major renovation in two years. The building features designs by Silvanus Trevail.
