🏨 Hilton will debut Spark by Hilton in Ponce, Puerto Rico, in late 2025, marking the brand's entry into the Caribbean and Latin America. The hotel, managed by HI Development P.R. Corp and owned by Ponce Resorts Inc., will feature 120 rooms, a meeting space, breakfast area, and outdoor pool. Located near Ponce International Airport and Highway 52, Hilton aims to double its presence in Puerto Rico in four years, with 290 hotels across the Caribbean and Latin America and 145 in development.

📍 Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Cygnett Hotels & Resorts have formed a 10-year alliance to expand in South Asia, aiming to add over 60 hotels in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal by 2026. The agreement will introduce La Quinta by Wyndham and Registry Collection Hotels. Wyndham currently operates over 70 hotels in the region. The deal includes 50 La Quinta hotels and 10 co-branded Registry Collection properties under Cygnett's Anamore brand, targeting rising tourism and middle-class growth.

🏨 Dusit International, in July 2025, launches Dusit Hotels, its ninth brand, targeting 120 to 300 key hotels in prime city and resort locations. Initial launches include Dusit Hotel Doha, Qatar; Dusit Le Palais Tu Hoa, Hanoi, Vietnam; Dusit Hotel AG Park, Chengdu, China, with Dusit Hotel Greenhills, Manila opening in 2026. Dusit Hotel Doha offers 261 guestrooms and 96 apartments. The chain plans to add eight hotels in the next two years, expanding its 294-property portfolio across 18 countries.

🏨 Coury Hospitality is now managing the 163-room Plunge Beach Resort in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Florida, and the 181-suite Residence Inn Alexandria in Virginia. Owned by T2 Hospitality affiliates, these properties are part of Coury Hospitality's strategic expansion. Plunge Beach Resort offers 5,900 sq ft of event space, while Residence Inn features a lobby bar and fitness center. Coury's disciplined approach aims to enhance performance and growth at these locations.

📍 Dreamscape Hospitality, a Dallas-based hotel management company, has taken over management of three hotels in Houston: Hilton Garden Inn Houston/The Woodlands, Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston NW at Beltway 8, and Hyatt Place Houston/The Woodlands. This strategic expansion aims to serve various traveler segments, from extended-stay to upscale business travel. Adam Patenaude and Aly Valiani emphasize their shared commitment to enhancing guest experiences and hotel performance.

🛑 MGallery Collection opened its first Albanian hotel, Green Coast Hotel – MGallery Collection, in July 2025. Located on the Albanian Riviera, the 131-room resort is one hour from the upcoming Vlora International Airport. The hotel features Illyrian, Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman design elements and offers vineyard tours, cooking classes, and wellness activities. Dining includes Mosaic restaurant's local cuisine and the Mente bar's cocktails. The hotel supports UN Women and offers event spaces with Ionian coast views.

🏨 Minor Hotels, based in Bangkok, launched four new brands in 2025: The Wolseley Hotels, Minor Reserve Collection, Colbert Collection, and iStay Hotels. These brands target luxury to select segments, joining existing brands like Anantara and NH Hotels. CEO Ian Di Tullio aims for 850 properties by 2027. Minor was founded by William Heinecke in 1978 and acquired NH Hotel Group in 2018. Currently, they operate over 560 hotels in 57 countries.

🏨 Marriott International and Ventive Hospitality plan to open seven hotels with 1,548 rooms across five brands by 2030. Locations include India and Sri Lanka, featuring a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Pottuvil with 73 villas and luxury amenities. The JW Marriott Navi Mumbai will offer 450 rooms, situated 10 km from the new airport. Varanasi Marriott Hotel will have 161 rooms, located near Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport. The collaboration aims to expand luxury travel experiences and hospitality services.

🏨 Hilton reaches a milestone with over 500 hotels in Florida, doubling its presence in the past decade. With a pipeline of nearly 140 new properties, the expansion includes key lifestyle brands like Curio Collection, Tapestry Collection, Canopy, and Tempo. New openings are planned in areas such as Miami, St. Petersburg, and Daytona Beach.
