🏨 Vertice Hospitality Management will expand its SingleThread brand at the River Belle Inn in Healdsburg, California. Built in 1895, the inn will reopen in late 2026 as The Selvedge, A SingleThread Inn, featuring nine unique rooms and amenities like a library, coffee bar, and fitness center. Axia Architects and AvroKO are responsible for design. Co-owner Tony Greenberg highlights the location's historical significance and its picturesque setting on the Russian River.

City of London offices acquired by Firethorn for hotel conversion

CG Developers signs JW Marriott Residences in Dubai

Seibu Prince Hotels acquires Ace Group for $90 million

The deal, via SPW's US subsidiary Ace Hotels Worldwide Inc., closes by September 2025. Ace Hotel will retain brand independence under SPW’s division. Ace operates eight hotels, including New York and Kyoto, with future openings like Ace Hotel Fukuoka in 2027. Post-acquisition, SPW and Ace will manage 94 hotels globally.
