Atari launches public share offering to fund debut US hotel

🎮 Atari has launched a public equity offering for its first hotel in Phoenix's Roosevelt Row Arts and Entertainment District. The development, led by Intersection Development and designed by räkkhaus, has seen a $14 million investment and aims to raise $35-$40 million more. It will feature 91 tech-enhanced rooms, creator studios, dining venues, and an e-sports arena for 2,000+ people. Construction begins in early 2026, with opening planned for late 2028. Minimum investment is $500.

Dominus gets green light for hotel conversion in Camden

🏨 Dominus has secured approval in September 2025 to convert a telephone exchange on Judd Street, Camden, into a 240-bed hotel. Designed by Stiff + Trevillion, the project retains 80% of the building’s framework and aims for BREEAM Excellent standards. The ground floor will include a public restaurant, café, and bar. Dominus Hospitality will manage the hotel, creating over 100 jobs and launching the Camden Hospitality Academy with Springboard Charity and Hilton.

Mövenpick to debut in the UK with countryside resort

Miiro secures €250 million refinancing from Aareal

Maison Felix opens as second US hotel under Namron Hospitality
