Independent hotel collection Seiler Constantin to launch next year

🏨 Switzerland: Launching in summer 2026, Seiler Constantin—a new hotel collection by André Seiler and Christian Constantin—will debut with Le Clay in Lavaux. Situated on 35 hectares in Puidoux, it features 105 rooms, two restaurants, two bars, a cigar lounge, MICE facilities, and Hyrox’s first hotel gym partnership. Planned expansions include four locations: Lavaux, Crans-Montana, Saas-Fee, and Lugano. Emphasizing outdoor lifestyle, wellbeing, local culture, and culinary experiences, the collection aims to recharge guests physically and mentally.

Radisson launches Prize brand in Bergen with two openings

🏨 Radisson Hotel Group launches its lifestyle brand, Prize, in Norway with two hotels in Bergen. Prize by Radisson, Solheimsviken Bergen offers 217 rooms, a rooftop terrace, and event spaces, situated 2 km from the city center. Meanwhile, Prize by Radisson, Xhibition Bergen City has 55 rooms within the Xhibition shopping center. These openings mark the brand’s debut in the Nordic region. Globally, Radisson operates over 1,580 hotels across more than 100 countries.

2025 Budget: “Permanently lower” business rates for hospitality

Inflation to hit 3.5% in 2025. Income tax thresholds frozen until 2030-31.

Duke Street Boutique Hotel reopens under new owners

The Social Hub plans £200 million site in Edinburgh

Trump to launch Maldives resort backed by crypto investment
