🏨 Waldorf Astoria's first Nordic hotel opened in Helsinki, Finland, spanning four historic buildings by architects Evert Lagerspetz and Armas Siitonen. The property offers 116 rooms, including 32 suites, some with saunas and jacuzzis. Amenities feature a glass-roof spa, Peacock Bar, and a restaurant debuting in 2026. Helsinki saw a 17% rise in international stays in 2024, with 2.2 million visitors last year. Future openings planned in global cities like London and Sydney.
