Hotel-residence brand The Code set for December debut in Austin

🏠 Pearlstone Partners and AvantStay will launch The Code at 2323 South Lamar Blvd, Austin, in December. The property features 178 residences across five stories, with studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units priced from $419,000 to $849,000. Amenities include a rooftop terrace, pool, and coworking spaces. Sales contracts begin November 3rd, with plans for nationwide expansion. The flexible use model allows ownership and short-term stays, embodying a new hospitality concept.

City of London offices acquired by Firethorn for hotel conversion

CG Developers signs JW Marriott Residences in Dubai
