PPHE agrees £88m refinancing for Park Plaza Victoria London

Kinsfolk and Co to open first hotel in Fitzrovia in February

Art’otel London Hoxton names new GM

Previously the hotel manager since 2023, Masters played a key role in the hotel's pre-opening and launch. Art’otel Hoxton, a 26-story hotel, opened in 2024 and features art by D*Face and two Banksy pieces. Masters, with nearly 20 years in hospitality, was recognized for his leadership and operational excellence by Daniel Pedreschi, VP of operations UK at PPHE Hotel Group.

Oberland to open first hotel in Glasgow as it sets out expansion plans

🏨 Oberland will open Arthouse Glasgow in April 2026, a 76-bedroom hotel in a 19th-century townhouse. Prices for rooms start at £99 for ‘Pocket’ rooms and go up to £229 for suites.
