PPHE revenues rise 5.2% in Q3 as occupancy improves

💸 PPHE's Q3 revenue increased by 5.2% to £155.9m, with like-for-like revenue at £154.7m. Occupancy improved to 80.2%, and RevPAR grew 2.7% to £140.3. UK hotels showed growth, while the Netherlands and Germany faced challenges. Croatian properties performed well despite lower occupancy. PPHE focuses on cost control amid tax hikes in the UK and Netherlands and inflation concerns. The FY 2025 outlook remains stable, with new art’otel locations in London and Rome showing promising occupancy.

A&O Hostels appoints director of operations and integration

🏨 Kristina Golik has been promoted to director of operations and integration at A&O Hostels. Kristina joined in 2015 and became general manager in 2019. A&O operates 44 properties across 30 cities in 10 European countries. Founded in 2000, it hosted 2.8 million guests in 2024, with 6.2 million overnight stays. In early 2025, they welcomed 1.4 million guests and achieved a 73% occupancy rate. Kristina aims to enhance operational and integration processes.

The Mill at Conder Green sold to CG Hotel and Hospitality

RAW Charging publishes new whitepaper: Powering Up the Guest Experience

Fulham Pier Hotel officially opens
