PBH Hotel Group opens Wine & Books by the Sea, Algarve Resort

🍹 Wine & Books by the Sea, Algarve Resort will open in February 2026, in the Salgados Nature Reserve. This €12 million project by PBH Hotel Group will feature 250 rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, spa, and five dining concepts. The brand, founded in 2021, aims to promote Portuguese culture. Joana Saraiva leads the design, focusing on natural harmony. This marks the third Wine & Books Hotels, following Lisbon (2021) and Porto (2024).

Serra Introduces Farm-to-Mayfair Table DInner Series in Collaboration with Horrell & Horrell
