New “Oh Baby” hotel is set to open in Dunkirk in 2028

This project is part of a larger urban renewal, including a 3 km seawall extension and an 800-meter dune dike. The hotel, with a rooftop restaurant by Cyril Lignac, aims at both leisure and business travellers. Supported by Atream and developed by the Trigano family, it highlights luxury and creativity in northern France's hospitality sector.

New 4-star hotel “Oh Baby” is set to open in Dunkirk in 2028

Travelodge begins construction of new hotel in Loughton

EXTENDAM completes the sale of ibis Paris Tour Montparnasse

Acquired in 2019, it underwent significant renovations but stayed operational. Despite a 2020 drop in occupancy, it rebounded with rates over €100. EXTENDAM achieved over 10% IRR on its sale, reflecting successful asset management. EXTENDAM also sold other properties in Paris, Grenoble, Saint-Étienne, and Valence in 2024.

Scandic expands in Hamburg with new Hotel opening in 2030
