Chart's career spans over 20 years in hospitality, including roles at Hilton and Marriott. His plans include enhancing commercial offerings in weddings and events and strengthening local partnerships. He previously managed The Solent Hotel and chaired the Southampton Hoteliers Association, launching regional hospitality awards now in their fifth year. Chart aims to position Norton Park as a premier leisure and event destination.

Crafted to open Powdermills in November

Hilton launches new lifestyle brand to expand boutique hotel offering

🏨 Hilton has launched Outset Collection, its 25th brand and eighth in the lifestyle portfolio, with openings starting later this year. Bookings begin in November for more than 60 properties in the US and Canada, with potential for over 500 locations. Outset targets upscale, independent hotel experiences, including sites in Moab, Utah, and Chicago. In Q2 2025, conversions were over one-third of Hilton's new openings. Hilton's luxury and lifestyle portfolios now encompass 1,000 hotels worldwide.

Wyndham launches Dazzler Select brand for independent economy hotels

Falls Hotel hits green energy milestone

Chestnut Group secures £20m financing to fund expansion

A&O Hostels acquires first London hotel

Caledonian Leisure acquires Caledonian Island Hotel

RedCat Hospitality sales up 2% in ‘transformational year’

Investments in Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, and Staffordshire led to a 20.3% sales growth.
