Managed by Davidson Hospitality Group, the transformation, guided by the Gettys Group, includes enhanced amenities for leisure and business travelers. The Conservatory, built in Belgium, and the updated Library are now central gathering spaces. The redesign caters to weddings, corporate meetings, and social events.

JLL Arranges Refinancing for Dual-Brand Hotel Portfolio in Chicago

CoStar: NYC Among Cities Projected to Open the Most Hotel Rooms in 2026
