CoStar: U.S. Hotels Report Full-Year Occupancy and RevPAR Declines for the First Time Since 2020

San Francisco saw significant ADR (up 6% to $225.82) and RevPAR gains, while St. Louis had a 6.5% occupancy increase. Las Vegas experienced a 10.9% RevPAR drop.
