UK is the new playground for Adina Apartment Hotels

June 2025: sunshine for the French hospitality industry

📈 June 2025 saw entry-level hotels in France bounce back, with RevPAR up 5.4% for low-cost and 8.3% for budget segments, following a decrease the previous month. Midscale and upscale hotels reported RevPAR increases of 13.5% and 20.2%, respectively. Upscale hotels improved occupancy rates by 5.4 points and average daily rates by 12.6%, buoyed by international visitors, mainly from Asia. Regions like Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes experienced declines in visitor numbers due to train disruptions and extreme weather.
