Corinthia Opens First Luxury Hotel in Italy at Former Bank of Italy Headquarters in Rome
🏨 Corinthia Rome, the luxury brand's debut in Italy, opened in the former Bank of Italy on Piazza del Parlamento. Built in 1914 and restored after acquisition in 2019 by Reuben Brothers, the 104,400-square-foot building houses 60 guestrooms, including 21 suites. Notable suites feature original 1920s frescoes. Chef Carlo Cracco leads the culinary scene, marking his first venture in Rome, with a spa in the former vault.
