🏨 Corinthia Rome, the luxury brand's debut in Italy, opened in the former Bank of Italy on Piazza del Parlamento. Built in 1914 and restored after acquisition in 2019 by Reuben Brothers, the 104,400-square-foot building houses 60 guestrooms, including 21 suites. Notable suites feature original 1920s frescoes. Chef Carlo Cracco leads the culinary scene, marking his first venture in Rome, with a spa in the former vault.

🏨 Sofitel New York underwent a major Art Deco-inspired renovation by HBA San Francisco. Upgrades include 398 guestrooms and 52 suites, with new features like French-inspired paneling and custom furnishings. The penthouse, at 1,205 sq ft on the 28th floor, now boasts geometric detailing and a luxurious bathroom. Public spaces, including Social 45 Bar & Bistro and Paris Ballroom, also received updates, enhancing their Art Deco aesthetics.

📍 Miami Beach's Setai hotel has launched Jo’s Bar, named after owner Joe Nakash. Designed by Saladino Studios, the bar is located between Jaya and Japón, featuring a striking back bar of floating resin blocks with gold leaf and 10-foot brass-framed shelves. The Rosso Levanto stone counter, bamboo relief, and custom lighting add to the ambiance. Chief designer Sean Saladino highlights the blend of Art Deco and modern elegance as the bar becomes a glowing lobby centerpiece.

🌳 This summer, Nightsky opens a 45-key outdoor retreat in San Luis Obispo, California along Highway 1. Founded by David Smith, Anatoly Mezhov, and Chase Gray, it features eco-conscious tent accommodations with private decks. Shared spaces include Camp Commons, wellness areas, and Marcerro restaurant. Built on the Dairy Creek Golf Course site, it offers a 9-hole golf course, driving range, and access to Botanical Gardens. Upcoming events include outdoor dinners and live music.

🏠 The Bedford by Martha Stewart opened at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut, designed by ZDS Architecture & Interiors and Marquee Brands. Inspired by Stewart’s 1925 Bedford, NY farmhouse, it features a beige-gray palette with stone floors and open kitchens. A private dining room with olive and green hues adds a cozy atmosphere. This is Stewart’s first East Coast restaurant, following the 2022 Paris Las Vegas opening.

🏖 Spanning three years, Colorado's Dunton Hot Springs underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation, led by Waldo Works and Christina Rossi. Key features include a revamped Saloon and Dance Hall with a new wine cellar, Chuck’s Cabin with original log walls and a turquoise-tiled rain shower, and the refreshed Well House. The Potter House redesign concluded this transformation, enhancing bathrooms and adding soft goods. Major Ross Cabin blends rustic charm with modern interiors, maintaining the resort's Wild West spirit.

🍴 Back Home Hospitality, the team behind Che Fico, has launched Via Aurelia in San Francisco's Mission Rock. This new restaurant, inspired by Tuscan tradition, is located on the ground floor of Visa headquarters with views of the San Francisco Bay and the Giants’ ballpark. Designed by Jon de la Cruz's DLC-ID with Color Atelier, the interiors feature vaulted ceilings, Florentine sandstone, and a custom color palette to create a modern yet timeless Italian ambiance.
