🏠 Texas, 2020: Emily and Rick Seiders opened Hideaway Round Top near Round Top, Texas, on 21 acres of land. The property, featuring a farmhouse and two cottages, accommodates 19 guests. The Seiders saved the land from a planned condominium development. Designed by Studio Seiders and Sam Burch Architect, the main farmhouse is 3,321 sq ft. A second phase, set for 2027, includes two tiny homes and a 3,409 sq ft event space.

🍴 Philippe Chow has opened in Nashville's historic Cummins Station, originally built in 1906. The interior design by //3877 features a 60-foot porcelain ginkgo leaf fixture. The restaurant includes a quartzite host stand, antique mirrored glass, lacquered burl wood, and brass elements. The Gibson Cocktail Lounge offers a Nashville-inspired musical theme with collaborative artwork between //3877 and Gibson. The design reinforces a high-end atmosphere through gold accents, plush seating, and immersive tile patterns.

🏝 In May, OKU Bodrum opens as an adults-only retreat on the northern coast of the Bodrum peninsula. The 58-room hotel features water-oriented guestrooms with private balconies, terraces, and pools. Designed by AEM Architecture, the interiors boast boho-chic minimalism. Culinary options include Teyo's Nikkei-inspired dishes, Mediterranean fusion at To Kima, and meze at The Round Bar. 🌴 Treehouse Hotels, a brand by Starwood Hotels chairman Barry Sternlicht, is coming to Miami Beach, Florida, in early 2029. The project revamps 1940s Art Deco landmarks, Haddon Hall and Campton Apartments, into a nostalgic, beachside hotel designed by Rottet Studio. Key features include a rooftop with ocean views, a lush courtyard, multiple dining options, and wellness amenities. Treehouse Hotel Miami Beach aims to embody Miami's vibrant, carefree spirit.

Designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by 1508 London, the development includes 133 residences featuring 2-3 bedroom layouts. Amenities encompass a rooftop infinity pool, outdoor cinema, and wellness facilities. The project also features Bellini Restaurant and the exclusive Mr. C Bar & Lounge. The initiative marks a significant lifestyle enhancement for the area.

📄 InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has launched its 21st brand, Noted Collection, in 2023. 🌍 It focuses on unique hotels with distinct designs and narratives, aiming for over 150 global properties in a decade. 🎨 The brand targets upscale conversions and will first roll out in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. 🏨 Key features include curated guest experiences and cultural programming, while properties gain access to IHG's infrastructure and loyalty program.

🏢 Faena Rose now occupies three levels at Faena Residences Miami, bridging twin towers designed by Rafael Viñoly. 🏨 Ran & Morris Creative Partnership and Cumulus have transformed the historic Oscar Maugsch Palace into the Sofitel Bucharest in University Square, Bucharest. Completed with 157 guestrooms, two restaurants, and a spa, the project revamped two buildings from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. A dramatic 46-feet-high skylit lobby draws inspiration from Parisian street life. The design integrates Parisian and Romanian cultural elements, maintaining historical layouts and using Romanian artistry for bespoke furnishings.

The reception area features twin terracotta marble desks, wooden paneling, and concrete ceilings. Fitness spaces offer a futuristic look with dynamic lighting and matte concrete.
