Fudo Town Food Hall on the lower floor offers Japanese street food in a setting inspired by Tokyo's Golden Gai. The upper level, Izakaya, features neon-clad islands and overlooks live horse racing. Interior draws from "Blade Runner" with teal, orange hues, and manga themes. Collaborating with Foreign Policy, they crafted unique wallcoverings and ceramic tiles celebrating manga culture.

🏡 Scheduled for 2028, Six Senses Residences Belize will introduce 16 overwater residences and 40 bungalow suites on Emerald Caye near Ambergris Caye. Residential prices start at $3.75 million, with designs by Studio CABAN offering 4,387 to 7,891 sq ft layouts. Amenities include restaurants, a spa, and a yoga pavilion, integrating traditional Mayan practices. Each villa includes a pool and wellness features, with furnishing by Maed Collective and Huber Design Studio.

🏘 French hospitality brand Sofitel is launching its first branded residence in the Americas, Sofitel Residences Buenos Aires Madero, in collaboration with NorthBaires. Set for completion in 2030, the 43-floor complex in Puerto Madero will feature 188 apartments and 343 parking spaces. Designed by BMA with input from Cristián Mohaded, the project enhances Sofitel’s regional presence, accompanying its existing properties in Argentina and Uruguay.

🍴 Design and architecture studio 22RE launched Bar di Bello, a 2,000 sq. ft. eatery in Los Angeles' Silver Lake, showcasing northern Italian-inspired cuisine. The interior features a red travertine bar, walnut and aluminum accents, and a custom-designed ceiling. Italian modernist influences are evident in the furnishings. Landscape architect Sarita Jaccard plans to open the outdoor space this summer, enhancing the European café vibe.

📍 Namron Hospitality launches the William in New York, expanding its U.S. portfolio post two Miami properties. The boutique hotel, near Bryant Park, is in a renovated six-story building of two Beaux Arts brownstones. Originally a 1920s social club, it now has 33 vibrant art-themed suites, including a penthouse with Manhattan skyline views. Raines Law Room, on the ground floor, offers craft cocktails in an intimate setting.

🌴 Omeon Mykonos, operated by SWOT, opens this month at Greece’s Agios Stefanos Bay. This five-star, adults-only hotel offers 38 rooms across five buildings designed by Urban Soul Project. It showcases Cycladic minimalism with organic shapes and earthy tones. The guest rooms provide Aegean Sea views. Amenities include a restaurant, signature bar, cocktail bar, Soma Spa, and an open-air gym. An infinity pool with a sand-mimicking effect anchors the communal area.

📍 The Wolseley Hotels, a new brand from Minor Hotels, will open its first property in New York in 2027. Located in a landmark 1905 building near Bryant Park, the hotel offers 76 guestrooms and suites with Art Deco-inspired interiors. Featuring an all-day dining restaurant and a speakeasy, it aims to blend New York's cultural scene with British elegance. Future expansions are planned in Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East.

🌸 New York's Soothr team opened Dahla in the West Village, offering a Thai fine-dining experience. The restaurant's design, by Leighton Vignola and Jom Vasupol, features a European-inspired aesthetic. Standout elements include a bar with backlit shelving, a seating nook with antiqued mirrors, and a semi-private dining room for up to 12 guests. Rich materials like vintage European detailing, dark oak paneling, and emerald banquettes contribute to the transportive atmosphere.

🏨 Sofitel Rio de Janeiro Ipanema, with 172 rooms, reopens at year-end as Accor's first flagship in Brazil. Architect Patricia Anastassiadis integrates local art and design, offering panoramic city and ocean views. Located on Ipanema Beach, the hotel features a rooftop infinity pool, a longevity spa, and a Michelin-starred restaurant on the 22nd floor. Club Millésime occupies the 21st floor, providing luxury services, while the third floor hosts meetings and events.
