A Nobu hotel is set to follow in 2027. Future expansions include a hotel and residences in Ras El Hekma's Ogami development on Egypt’s North Coast.

🏠 NoMad Residences Wynwood has opened in Miami, marking the residential debut of the NoMad brand outside New York City. Developed by Related Group and Tricap with Sydell Group, this nine-story, 329-residence community is part of Wynwood's arts district. Residences range from 464 to 931 square feet, fully furnished with luxurious finishes. Amenities include rooftop lounges, a resort-style pool, and shared workspaces. Located near Wynwood Walls, it embodies a blend of art, culture, and modern living.

🏨 Perched on Cangshan Mountain at 6,860 feet in Yunnan, China, the Dali EDITION overlooks Erhai Lake. Designed by CCD/Cheng Chung Design, the hotel features 151 accommodations, including private villas. Rooms, starting at 646 square feet, offer scenic views. The 2,690-square-foot presidential suite includes an indoor pool. Dining includes Market at EDITION and Japanese KUSHO. The spa has five treatment rooms and an 82-foot pool, while the grand ballroom features integrated lighting and acoustics.

🍦 Located in Glenelg, Australia, Gelato Messina by Sans-Arc Studio transforms the traditional gelato shop with bold, immersive design inspired by southern Italian nostalgia. Utilizing radical color schemes and durable materials, the interior features open spaces and limited seating to accommodate large crowds. Its design highlights movement and social interaction, with subtle nods to Sicilian culture and playful elements like vendor cart motifs and lightboxes.

🏨 Sonesta International Hotels will debut the James Nautilus Miami Beach on Collins Avenue later this year. This 250-room hotel will be the flagship of the revamped James Hotels brand. The project pays tribute to the original Nautilus Hotel, designed by Morris Lapidus in the 1950s. A collaboration with LDV Hospitality will offer Mediterranean cuisine, omakase dining, and a late-night lounge. Expansion plans include a Downtown Miami location by 2030.

The project balances historical preservation with contemporary living, maintaining architectural integrity while introducing urban sensibility.

🏨 Vestige Collection's latest venture, Binidufà, is a boutique hotel with 11 rooms on a northern Menorca estate. Alongside the Son Ermità property, it covers nearly 2,000 acres. The estate prioritizes traditional construction and local materials, preserving an 18th-century heritage. Guests enjoy shared wellness facilities and dining experiences. This summer, Vestige plans to open three private estates in Mallorca and Formentera, and a Namibia safari lodge in the fall.

🏠 In Baja California, Nereidas unveils Casa Langosta, a minimalist residence near Todos Santos, designed by Raquel Font. Spanning two acres, it features 1,937 sq ft pool, solar energy, and water reuse systems. Interiors by Niños Heroes include Don Shoemaker chairs and Tangier-sourced rugs.
